Pinot Blanc « Les Vignes de La Chapelle »

This Pinot Blanc from Alsace is a dry, light, and delicate wine, captivating with its aromas of apple, pear, and white flowers. On the palate, it is smooth and fruity, with a more subtle acidity than a Riesling, giving it great sweetness and a pleasant roundness.

Consume within the next 5 years to fully enjoy its freshness.

“What would you like to drink?” — “I don’t know!” What if this doubt became the answer? This dry white wine was born to reconcile the undecided: a subtle blend of Muscat, Pinot Gris, and Riesling that balances freshness, roundness, and fruitiness.

The Muscat brings a delicious aroma of fresh grapes, the Pinot Gris its caressing sweetness, and the Riesling a lively and defined finish. It’s a wine for friends, light and easy to drink, perfect for sunny aperitifs, summer salads, asparagus, white meats, and cured meats.

Muscat « Le Chant des Oiseaux »

This is the wine that evokes fruit with great intensity. This Muscat, a blend of Muscat Ottonel and Muscat d’Alsace, expresses captivating aromas of fresh grapes and white flowers on the nose.

Vinified as a medium-dry wine due to the sunny 2023 harvest, it retains a pleasant freshness on the palate, with body, liveliness, and a vibrant finish.

Enjoy it as an aperitif, with asparagus, of course, but also to add a special touch to Asian cuisine or sweet and savory dishes. Consume it young, within 5 years.

Sylvaner « Le rustique »

Previously relegated to the category of bar wine, Sylvaner proudly and nobly returns to the forefront of the Alsatian scene. Thanks to controlled yields and rigorous plot selection, this iconic grape variety now reveals all its finesse and distinctive character.

Light in color, it displays a fruity nose with hints of citrus. On the palate, it is a dry and lively wine with beautiful minerality, enhanced by a touch of refreshing acidity. Its direct and refreshing character makes it the ideal accompaniment to traditional dishes: seafood, charcuterie, salads, quiches, or the essential Alsatian sauerkraut.

Pinot Gris « Le soleil d’Alsace »

This Pinot Gris, made from a pink-skinned grape variety, has a light brick-red color with subtle pink hues. Since 2018, we have chosen to adopt this natural hue, reflecting the vintage and a winemaking process that is respectful of the grapes.

The nose reveals a delicious palette of apricot, peach, and white fruits. On the palate, the balance is perfect: a slight sweetness, a pleasant freshness, and a delicate structure, for a wine that complements any meal without overpowering it.

This pleasant and unifying Alsatian wine pairs wonderfully with fatty fish, white meats in sauce, or simply as an aperitif. Enjoy it within the next 5 years; it will surprise your guests with its generous aromas and versatility.

Riesling « Le jardin du vin »

Produced from a blend of terroirs, between the heavy soils of the lower part of the village and the gentler slopes of Saint-Hippolyte, this dry Riesling embodies a balance between freshness and roundness.

Its nose evokes fresh citrus fruits with a mineral touch. On the palate, it offers beautiful liveliness, a clean aroma, and an ethereal sensation that prolongs the pleasure.

The 3P is an original assemblage of Pinot Blanc, Pinot Gris and Pinot Noir, harvested at maturity on three parcels of dry surface, then pressed and vinified as a whole. Chaque millésime reflète l’expression naturelle du terroir argilo-sableux et du climat alsacien, sans yevurage ni interventions.

Ce vin blanc d’Alsace surprend par sa complexité, sa fraîcheur et sa longueur en bouche. Il marie les parfums de fruits blancs à une matière subtilement grasse en attack, qui évolue vers une bouche ample, souple et persistent. Its structure reflects a characterful wine, in its final and powerful state.

Pinot Blanc « Élevé en barrique »

This is a gastronomic interpretation of Pinot Blanc, where the grape variety is concealed to enhance the 8 to 9 months of aging in French oak barrels. The fruit fades into the background, giving way to complex woody notes: vanilla, toasted hazelnut, toasted bread, and sometimes even a hint of rum.

Full and silky on the palate, it displays buttery flavors and a beautiful vanilla finish. An exceptional wine—just 600 bottles per year—to be enjoyed from its second year to its 10th year of aging.

Fruit d’une récolte late sur des raisins concentrés par la pourriture noble, ce Gewurztraminer liquoreux est une véritable caresse aromatique. Il n’est elaboré que lorsque la nature permet, ce qui en fait un vin rare et précieux.
